No matter why your profile was suspended—whether it’s a minor oversight or a complex issue—our GBP specialists know how to resolve it. We deal with Google so you can focus on your business.

Our 5-Step Google Business Profile Reinstatement Process

Step 1: Review the Suspension Notice
We start by looking at Google’s suspension email to find clues as to why your profile was suspended. Google does not tell you exactly why. A thorough understanding of the guidelines is often necessary to find the issue.

Step 2: Get Access to the Profile and Conduct an Audit
We will need to look through your listing for inaccuracies, policy violations, or suspicious activity that may have triggered the suspension.

Step 3: Submit the Appeal
Our experts prepare and submit the reinstatement form, complete with all necessary documentation.

Step 4: Proactive Follow-Up
We monitor your case and promptly respond to any requests from Google—no delays, no missed opportunities.

Step 5: Profile Restored & Back in Business!
Your Google Business Profile will be reinstated, fully visible on Google Search & Maps again.

GPB Reinstatement Service FAQs

We have two tiers:

Documentation and Dashboard Review ($59): If you’re confident in submitting your reinstatement request, but just want an expert to look over things before you submit, we’ll provide a review of your documentation and GBP dashboard to ensure nothing was missed.

Yes, it is possible that there was nothing wrong with your listing and that it conformed to guidelines. However you will still need to go through the appeal process to get your listing back live.

It will usually take about 3 to 5 days for Google support to reply to the reinstatement request after submission. However, sometimes the suspension queue is delayed and it may take many weeks. Although Google will not reveal the queue length, we can provide an approximate timeframe based on other suspensions we have recently dealt with.

If you have already submitted the first appeal and the process status is ‘pending’, then you need to wait and there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process.

Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee a 100% success rate. Only Google support employees can unsuspend a listing regardless of the proof provided.

If your listing has been soft-suspended, it will still be live and you can direct people to leave reviews on the listing although you will not be able to reply until you regain verification.

The reviews remain intact. With a soft-suspension the reviews will remain visible. With a hard-suspension, the reviews will become visible again when the listing is made live.

Your potential customers will not know that your account has been suspended. However, if you receive a hard-suspension, your business listing will not be visible by anyone.

If you’re the account manager or business owner, you should receive an email from Google about the reinstatement of your profile. The GBP dashboard will also get updated automatically.

What if the reinstatement request gets rejected by Google?
If the reinstate was denied, your Google Business Profile will be reviewed again to see if anything might have been missed the first time. Then we will need to resubmit for reinstatement. Sometimes Google denies appeal even though everything is correct. In those cases we need to go further an escalate the issue. We will continue until every avenue is exhausted.

Yes. After your Google Business Profile is restored, we can also provide management and optimization services to help you gain more customers.
